The ideal candidate has:
15+ solid years of HR experience with heavy emphasis on staffing
Worked with a world class company
Has a BS with a high GPA from a premier school; MBA preferred
Has a stable employment history
The ability to function strategically while juggling hands on, day to day priorities
The demonstrated ability to cultivate effective, long term relationships with hiring managers, schools, agencies and others
Has the ability to function in a fast growing, dynamic, challenging privately held company environment
