The Executive Housekeeper plays a key role in making that happen! By assisting in directing the ship’s overall housekeeping function, some day-to-day activities include;
•fashioning a positive and exciting work atmosphere
• creating fresh ideas to improve employee satisfaction and morale
• leading and managing a multi-cultural team of supervisors and managers
• training and mentoring employees for promotion and career advancement
• striving to meet and maintain absolute sanitation and cleanliness onboard

Minimum requirements
• 1 to 2 years of cleaning experience (in hotel industry)
• completion of high school education or equivalent
